As a Sales Assistant to Kevin Tinkle, Mercy Staley quickly adapted the skills needed to become a valued member of the Texans Financial family. Her welcoming personality and natural ability to communicate with her clients, makes it easy for her to provide excellent customer service. Mercy says she feels at home with Texans Financial because she is in an encouraging and supporting work environment. Building a relationship with her clients and co-workers is by far the most enjoyable part of her job. She loves interacting with people and hearing the amazing stories they tell. Since joining Texans Financial, Mercy has developed a passion for customer service and really enjoys building rapport with her clients.

Mercy grew up in a small town in northern Texas and is the youngest of five children.
As a child, she loved the outdoors and working with horses. She graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in University Studies and a concentration in Leadership Studies and Management.
